Description
Matrix is looking to add a friendly and positive administrative professional to our team in Westminster, CO. This position will be providing assistance with project documentation, luncheon preparations, reception, and general clerical duties. As our offices continue to grow, this position will provide administrative assistance to our Corporate office and our campus building located just down the street.

Specifications
Eligible candidates will possess the following:
• The completion or pursuit of an associate degree in English, Humanities, or related field preferred.
• Possess three or more years of technical administrative experience
• Is proficient in Microsoft software and general computer skills
• Is a strong written and oral communicator
• Has a high level of organizational ability
• Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Word and Excel, moderate knowledge and use of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Has prior experience in an engineering or technical industry (preferred)

Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform typing, word processing, and scanning as directed per work requests
• Review spelling, grammar and general math equations (sum, difference, product, quotient, etc.) for errors
• Copy, assemble, and distribute work produced
• Coordinate and perform mail or delivery of outgoing correspondence and packages, as well as internal mail distribution
• Coordinate car, air, and hotel travel arrangements as needed
• Actively participate in weekly admin meetings
• Provide front desk coverage
• Coordinate client, departmental, and division activities as requested; order lunches, reserve, set-up, and clean-up conference rooms
• Assist with new employee on-boarding
• Inventory, order, and distribute office and break room supplies
• Perform general clerical and administrative projects as requested

Physical Requirements
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk, and hear.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• This position must also be able to perform industrial field work which may include hazardous locations, ladders, and stairs.

Salary Range & Benefits: Salary is based on direct years of relevant experience - $30,000 - $40,000. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, etc. You may also be offered a bonus.
